Facing a loss of $1 million from the budget unless true value could be established, and a simultaneous need to improve the use of data within the organization, Seattle Public Schools needed a roadmap to help them plan key initiatives to help get their budget back on track and transform their business intelligence and advanced analytics programs.
Approach and Solution:
Our consultants worked with Seattle Public Schools to help them assess the current state of their organization, find their true problem, and build a comprehensive strategic plan to solve their challenge. We:
- Prepared and conducted stakeholder interviews to understand the existing culture
- Created a clarity of vision by building a program management roadmap
- Packaged a set of actionable initiatives with a strategic plan to address the larger goals of Seattle Public School’s business
