UPDATE: In 2019, Logic20/20 was awarded its fourth year in a row of Best Companies to Work For.

SEATTLE—June 29, 2018—–Logic20/20, a business and technology consulting firm, has been named one of Washington’s 100 Best Companies to Work For by its employees and Seattle Business magazine. It is the third year in a row that Logic20/20 has received this honor.

The award is a high honor, as winners are selected based on the results of an employee survey that queries 10 categories: benefits, communication, corporate culture, hiring/retention, executive leadership, performance standards, responsibility/decision making, rewards/recognition, training/education, and workplace environment.

Logic20/20 values creating a company culture where employees learn and collaborate. Core values focus on teamwork (internally referred to as “a culture of we”), acting with integrity, and a drive toward excellence. These values can be observed in action across the company from the top down and bottom up. Employees are encouraged to build their skillsets, create and deliver elegant solutions to customers, and take part in social, learning, and volunteering events sponsored by the company.

This year marked the largest submission set on record, with over 31,000 employees in Washington State participating in the initial survey, which was conducted by an independent research company.
