She has been at T-Mobile for 5 years, and is accountable for leading several components of the Enterprise Data Solutions organization. Prior to that, Shelly was the Director of Business Systems Delivery at REI.

Regina is a proven leader with over 15 years experience in spearheading customer-focused business processes and technology initiatives. As VP of IT at YMCA of Greater Seattle, she ensures successful implementation of new - and significant modifications to existing – information systems and services managed by the IS Department by providing leadership, direction, and project oversight.
