What brought you to Logic20/20?
After I finished my MBA, I was looking to get into consulting. I love the idea of project-based work and working with a variety of people on interesting projects. I liked Logic specifically because of how the company lives its values – that was evident in my hiring process. I see those values talked about all the time as it relates to the company, our events, etc. We take those things really seriously: We invest in our people and our culture, and that's really exciting.
What’s your background?
I'm from California. I went to school in Santa Cruz to study ecology and evolution - not business-related at all! I then joined the Peace Corp as an environmental education volunteer. After, I came to Seattle to earn my MBA in Sustainable Business.
What are your favorite things about working at Logic?
I love the people! I spend more time with my coworkers than at home so it’s important to me to work with smart, talented people. Everyone I work with, both on project and throughout the company are great.
I also feel like Logic really embraces vulnerability around not knowing answers. There are companies where it's wrong if you don't know - here, if you don't know, you're encouraged to seek support. Everyone wants others to succeed, and I appreciate that it's such a nurturing environment.

I play soccer and love to cook and knit. My husband and I have a cat that we're obsessed with - her name is Kitty.
Favorite ice cream flavor
My favorite is salted caramel from Molly Moon's!
