The Logic Values Award was launched in 2018 to reward one individual annually who exemplifies Logic20/20’s Corporate Values: Drive toward Excellence, Act with Integrity, and Foster a Culture of We. This award focuses on how our employees are doing their best to live our values on a daily basis and contributing to the company, beyond their everyday work. It honors those who go above and beyond to make Logic20/20 a better place. The entire nomination process is self- and peer driven.

The winner each year enjoys an all-expenses paid vacation to the destination of their choice. Our leadership team values travel as a life-changing experience. They chose this reward because they know how much these recipients have done for the company, and they want to give them a gift equally as big in return.
