Kristen Forecki, Vice President of Supply, Convoy
As one of Convoy's earliest employees, Kristen has run a diverse set of teams throughout the rapid growth of the business, including Operations, Legal, PR, Marketing, and Finance. She currently leads Supply, including Convoy's industry-leading Quality & Compliance team. Kristen is experienced in finance, product management, strategy, and operations, with prior experience at industry leaders General Mills, Amazon, the Boston Consulting Group, and Rover.com. As a strong supporter of technological innovation, Kristen serves on the Board of the Washington Technology Industry Association. She was also named a Top Woman to Watch in 2019 by Women in Trucking. Kristen earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in finance and marketing from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.

Abigail Franco, Director of Digital Product & Technology, T-Mobile
An experienced technologist, Abigail Franco has worked for large and small organizations leading product & software development and Digital Transformation. Abigail is a Director in the Digital Product & Technology organization at T-Mobile, where she leads the teams behind T-Mobile’s two flagship applications: The T-Mobile and T-Mobile Tuesdays apps. Her product and software engineering teams build and optimize the apps to improve the customer experience, cut costs and increase product efficiencies. Abigail is also a passionate advocate for women in tech and STEM initiatives. Prior to T-Mobile Abigail spent 7 years at AT&T and previously worked for General Electric & ABB. Abigail holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Florida Int’l University and an MBA from Seattle University.

Petya Vidolova, Group Business Program Manager, Microsoft
Petya is a Group Program Manager at Microsoft leading a team of 80 people (consultants and FTEs) in the One Commercial Partner - Digital Services organization. She started her career at Microsoft in 2006 with the Corporate Market Research and Insights team. Petya was born in Bulgaria and moved to the United States in 2003. She has MBA in Business Management, Advanced Program Management certification from Stanford University and High Performance Leadership from Cornell University. Petya is also a Board Director at BG Women in Tech - organization which mission is to increase the women in tech global impact through providing accessible-for-all global opportunities for education, collaboration, growth, inspiration and mentorship.

Liz (Swary) Gillette, Director - Digital Transformation, Logic20/20
Liz Gilette is a Director and Digital Transformation Practice Lead at Logic20/20, responsible for overseeing complex engagements, ensuring delivery excellence focusing on best practices and standards, and growing talent within the technology organization. Liz is an accomplished systems integration and technology leader with Big 4 consulting experience. She works with clients to identify and deliver business value through technology solutions, while applying her knowledge and experience with full lifecycle ERP deployments, packaged software delivery, and custom development solutions across non-profit, government, telecom, and high tech companies. She attended Washington University in St. Louis and moved to Seattle from the Midwest, where she now enjoys taking advantage of the outdoors in her free time.

Brittany Seabaugh, Sr. Manager Education Team, Amazon
Brittany is a Sr. Manager on the Education team at Amazon, responsible for customer experience through vendor negotiations and strategic initiatives. Most recently she created a new Program Management program for the Education team focused on scalability through establishing processes and efficiencies. Before Amazon, Brittany spent 7+ years at Nordstrom working in various buying, planning and merchandising roles. Her next adventure took the form of wearing many hats for the next few years as the co-founder of Armoire in Seattle where she worked alongside and learned from incredible women. She established and managed the merchandising team, customer experience/styling team and most recently owned customer retention before hanging up her (very fashionable) hat in the start-up world (for now). Brittany has called Seattle home for the past 10 years after relocating from the Midwest. In her free time you will find her enjoying a glass of wine with her husband, Nick, or throwing the frisbee for her dog, Pip.
