Christian O’Meara is Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Logic20/20, which he started in 2005 with a belief that a group of like-minded people, doing work that they love, can accomplish great things. Much of his time is spent managing strategic business-development initiatives and recruiting key personnel according to that philosophy. Christian’s business strategy is based on creating simplicity in complex environments, developing a personalized approach for every client and every consultant, and creating a great place for employees to work.
Prior to starting Logic20/20 and moving to Seattle, Christian was a top performer in enterprise software sales for Quest Software and Cabletron Systems, covering the United Kingdom and Ireland. His time spent in Uganda doing relief work led to his ongoing involvement as board member and sponsor of Leaders for Africa, an organization that provides educational opportunities to students from developing African nations.
Christian has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brunel University, London, an institution known for combining academic rigor with practical, entrepreneurial, and imaginative approaches to solving business problems.
While Christian is the CEO of Logic20/20, his first job is Dad: he is an active volunteer at his children’s school and as a soccer coach. Christian is very involved with the Seattle sports community, both as a rugby player with the Northwest Old Boys, coach and board member of West Seattle Lions Youth Rugby Club and as a board member of Crossfires Premiere Soccer Club.
Travis Jones is Senior Vice President of North America at Logic20/20. He has an established record of delivering measurable business value and applying technology solutions to solve business challenges. One of his passions is spending time with his consultants, helping them learn and develop so that they can further the work that they do on behalf of their clients and grow professionally.
Having consulted and lived in Australia, Europe, and the United States, Travis brings extensive experience that spans three continents in both IT and management. His depth of experience has made him a trusted partner to clients. Prior to his work with Logic20/20, Travis was a business consulting manager with The Structure Group, a boutique energy-consulting company that focuses on the deregulated electricity energy market, providing strategic direction to both business and IT executives. Before that, he was as an experienced manager with Accenture and worked in a variety of practice areas: Communications and High Technology; Energy; Health and Life Sciences; and Retail.
Travis holds two bachelor’s degrees from the University of Melbourne, Australia: one in civil engineering, and one in commerce with a specialization in finance and marketing. He also spent a year as an exchange student at the University of California, San Diego, learning American culture and enjoying the California lifestyle.
Travis’ life at home is punctuated by the rare Seattle opportunity for outdoor entertaining, which allows him to share his grill-tending approach with friends and family. He also enjoys indulging in some quiet time reading a novel or swimming with his two boys.
Logic20/20 Chief Financial Officer, Ellen Boyer, CPA, is responsible for developing and overseeing the company’s financial, human resources, and IT infrastructures. Her discipline and vision help to develop and implement long-term scalability and sustainability strategies.
Ellen brings to the company over 30 years of finance and operational experience in a variety of industries, including technology, financial services, and healthcare. She has extensive experience in the identification and development of strategic directions, development of positive relationships with clients and business partners, and mergers and acquisitions on both the buy and sell-side. Ellen began her career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and during her 12 years tenure there was a key leader in the firm’s high technology initiative and worked with public, private, established, and start-up companies.
Ellen graduated from Oregon State University with degrees in Accounting and Spanish and minors in Computer Science and Latin American Affairs.
Ellen actively participates in the business and community, serving on several for-profit and not-for-profit boards. She treasures the time she has to spend with her family, whether it be watching sporting events, traveling to places near and far, or just sitting down to dinner and reliving the day.
Will Schmidt, General Manager for the Consulting Practice, is responsible for leading the practice to exceed client expectations, develop innovative solutions, and achieve organizational growth. The Logic20/20 Consulting Practice comprises Cloud, System Integration, Custom Development, Business Intelligence, and Leadership service offerings. Will has over 20 years of consulting experience—leading the development of complex national and international technology solutions for government agencies, and providing technology management subject matter expertise and assessment services to the nonprofit and financial services sectors. He strives to provide effective, leading-edge solutions to Logic20/20 by using proven management methodologies.
Will holds a Bachelor of Science from Susquehanna University and has a PMP certification. He moved to Seattle from Washington, D.C., to explore the Pacific Northwest and serve a new set of clients.
Juliana Su, Managing Director for the Consulting Practice, brings a wealth of consulting experience and expertise to the company.
She has over 20 years of experience in international consulting services with extensive experience in identifying business opportunities, growing profitable organizations, and managing people, products, and projects across multiple countries and organizational functions. She has expertise in software design and development as well as customer care solutions. Prior to joining Logic20/20, she was the President of Volt Customer Care Solutions and the Chief Information Officer at Volt Information Sciences. Prior to joining Volt, she was the President of VMC Consulting Corporation, a technology company focused on quality assurance testing and managed services for the video gaming and connected, digital marketplace. Earlier in her career, she was the COO, GVP Professional Services and GVP Emerging Markets at a privately-held software company where she led an Initial Public Offering (IPO) and provided oversight of merger and acquisition activities.
Two years ago, Juliana, her husband, and 11-year old daughter moved from Washington, D.C. to Seattle. During her time away from work, she enjoys hiking, cycling, skiing and traveling with her family.
Nick Maddock, Senior Director of Sales Enablement, is responsible for sales innovation and the close partnership between consulting and sales. With a passion for delivery excellence garnered over 20 years working as an executive management consultant and senior manager, Nick has extensive leadership experience in delivering demanding projects and developing new products across IT, strategy, marketing, and operations. He has a proven ability to manage business change and develop new business ideas, make sense of complex data, organize resources, and liaise with colleagues at all levels to get the best out of every situation.
Nick graduated from the University of Edinburgh with an MBA and a BEng in Manufacturing Systems Engineering. He has worked extensively across the United Kingdom, Europe, and the United States, to which he moved five years ago.
In his free time, Nick is an avid soccer fan, keen tennis player, and poor skier, and he enjoys most things outdoors—an obsession that he (mostly) shares with his three children.
Nick Callahan is the IT Director and is responsible for leading both Logic20/20’s Managed Service Offering and managing Logic20/20 internal IT systems and infrastructure. The Logic20/20 Managed Service Offering includes both cloud infrastructure operational support and application support. Application support crosses a diverse array of technologies including web sites, CRM, SharePoint, and BI technologies.
Nick has over 20 years of IT systems and infrastructure experience and with leading the development of large application conversions and management of business-critical systems for Fortune 500 companies. He has a proven track record of efficiently managing teams through the use of service management best practices across a variety of technologies and platforms.
Nick is a Washington native and holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and a Foundation Certificate in ITIL Service Management.
As a Northwest native, Nick enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and son.
Ben Weber, Senior Director-Talent Acquisition, brings 18 years in the Talent Acquisition space, focused primarily in IT, both nationally and internationally. He’s led recruiting teams and companies focused on data engineers, data scientists, devops, infosec, SDLC , and executive level positions. He recently navigated the multi-player acquisition of his previous firm by a larger PE player and helped architect the integration of another acquisition, his current company, and the new parent company.
Ben holds a BSBA with a minor in international business from the University of South Dakota.
Ben spends his free time with his wife and two kids, acting as human pack-mule and Little League coach. He also enjoys trail riding and consuming as much information as possible about geopolitics, and brain and body health.
Nicholas Kelly is the Director of Visual Analytics. Nick has built a career on gaining business insight from data. He is a hands-on leader in analytics with over 16 years of international experience in analytics and dashboard design, adoption, and user experience.
Nick's passion lies in building user-centric analytics capabilities that align with business strategy and produce actual value to the business. He created the Dashboard Wireframe Kit to bring technical and non-technical stakeholders together around data.
Nick is also an experienced management consultant who has implemented analytics projects and strategies for a number of the Fortune 100 in industries including finance, human capital, supply chain, and healthcare. He has been featured in videos and articles, as a speaker at international conferences, and has personally trained over 2,000 management consultants in data visualization and analytics best practices.
A native of Ireland Nick enjoys travelling and spending time with his family exploring their new home in the Pacific Northwest.
Sacha Stjepanovic is an experienced consultant that leads business development for Logic20/20. As Divisional Director, he brings over 16 years’ experience in client relations, strategic planning, advanced analytics and technology enablement working across four continents.
Sacha holds a degree in International Studies from the University of Washington. He is active in his community and has been on the Board of Directors for the World Affairs Council and Art with Heart for many years, currently serving as strategic advisor to both boards. Additionally, he has served as judge for the Social Venture Partners (SVP) Fast Pitch for the last four years.
Greg Clayes is a Director for the Technology Practice with a passion for bringing value to customers through technology-based products and services. He is a results driven product management and consulting leader and continually strives to deliver high impact short term results as well as long term strategic plans
Greg has strong experience with Big 4 consulting firms, startups, and technology companies, combined with a unique ability to work with multidisciplinary teams to launch projects successfully for nonprofit, internet, software, telecommunications, and e-commerce companies.
Greg has an MBA in Finance from the Pantheon-Sorbonne University in Paris and a Masters in Computer Science from Polytech Montpellier.
A pacific northwest transplant from Paris, France, Greg enjoys traveling in his spare time.
Lionel Bodin is Director of Digital Transformation of Logic20/20. For more than 17 years, Lionel has been an Engagement Leader, managing highly complex digital programs.
He has deep knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle from ideation to go live. He led various types of engagements from short duration project with small teams of experts to establish roadmaps / strategy before implementation, up to large multimillion transformations involving cross-functional teams.
Lionel held several leadership positions in global firms on Digital Transformation around CRM enterprise platforms, leading teams across 3 continents.
Lionel has a Master in Engineering from the ENSIM in Le Mans, France, a Master in Physics from the University of Toulouse, France, and has a PMP certification.
In his spare time, Lionel likes to spend time with his family and enjoy the Pacific North West scenery through hikes, snowboarding, obstacle races and scuba diving.
Eric Nelson is a Divisional Director at Logic20/20. He has 10+ years of experience helping companies large and small achieve key objectives by working in project-spanning content management, website design and development, project management, marketing, and go-to-market strategy.
Eric has experience working with clients that range from startups to the Fortune 50. Prior to joining Logic20/20, he worked at Comcast and helped to run and grow a small web application development company. With Logic20/20, he has delivered a number of successful projects for companies such as Microsoft and Boeing.
He is an expert in both the newest and most innovative digital technologies, as well as how to create true business value for an organization.
In his spare time he can be found watching Ohio sports teams, or playing with his daughter Hazel and dog Murphy.
Rich Sturm is a Director and Strategy & Operations Practice Lead at Logic20/20 overseeing engagements that include strategy, process optimization, organizational transformation and project management.
Rich has a wide breadth of experience that spans across education, non-profit, start-ups and fortune 100 clients. This includes industry leadership and consulting delivery roles which includes time in the Big4. His 15+ years of consulting experience includes human capital and strategy engagements with an emphasis on organizational alignment and large scale transformation. Rich views each of his clients as unique but utilizes his expertise to weave leading practices into practical solutions and outcomes with an emphasis on delivery.
Rich has a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership from Bethel University (St. Paul, MN) and an undergraduate degree in Education from Northwest Nazarene University (Nampa, ID).
Rich was raised in Minnesota so of course knows the temperature at which snow starts to squeak underfoot. However he spent much of his youth in Washington enjoying the coastline which he continues to do with his family regularly.
Liz Swary is a Director and Digital Transformation Practice Lead at Logic20/20, responsible for overseeing complex engagements, ensuring delivery excellence focusing on best practices and standards, and growing talent within the technology organization.
Liz is an accomplished systems integration and technology leader with Big 4 consulting experience. She works with clients to identify and deliver business value through technology solutions, while applying her knowledge and experience with full lifecycle ERP deployments, packaged software delivery, and custom development solutions across non-profit, government, telecom, and high tech companies.
She attended Washington University in St. Louis and moved to Seattle from the Midwest, where she now enjoys taking advantage of the outdoors in her free time.
Scott Ofstead is the Director of Human Resources at Logic20/20, overseeing Human Resources and Corporate Operations. A primary goal for the HR team is to maintain the company’s status as one of Washington State’s Best Places to Work.
Scott has built a career supporting a variety of organizations through effective management of administrative functions, with a primary emphasis on Human Resources. His broad and diverse experience includes for-profit and non-profit organizations, across business services, manufacturing, retail, and consulting industries. His education was provided by the excellent public-school systems in Minnesota, including the undergraduate program at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
Scott’s life outside of work is rich with travel, friends, and good food and wine (with frequent forays into card games, movies, and live stage shows). He feels fortunate to live in Seattle where he can take advantage of all the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
