CORE Role

Consultant, Leadership & Execution

Logic20/20 is looking for experienced Leadership & Execution Consultants to lead a variety of deliverables while bringing exceptional value to our clients. The ideal candidates have three to five (3-5) years of consulting experience, preferably at a “Big4” or similar firm. Responsibilities include owning project work streams, managing day-to-day project responsibilities, and partnering with junior resources to deliver quality results.
Whereas Consultants will have two to four (2-4) years of consulting experience, Senior Consultants should have at least five (5) years of consulting experience, preferably from a “Big 4”, or similar and be confident across all areas of project management. They should have experience in structured professional services organizations, particularly with systems implementation, process improvement, risk analysis, and management of client expectations. Candidates should have a broad delivery capability that spans strategy, technology, and/or business. They should also have a gift for entrepreneurial flair, a strong passion for business, and excellent organizational and communication skills. We prefer CSM and/or PMP certification; Lean Six-Sigma certification is a plus.
Candidates for this role should also be able to identify business and technical impacts of user requirements and incorporate them into project plans. Our projects are fast-paced, so candidates should be team players that are flexible and able to work well under pressure. Excellent communication skills are also vital.
