Non-Profits compete at SVP Fast Pitch Final Showdown
Seattle, WA–November 5– Social Venture Partners (SVP) will be holding their 7th annual SVP Fast Pitch event Saturday, November 10, 2018, concluding a 3-month intensive program for non-profit and social enterprise organizations making a difference in the Greater Puget Sound region and beyond.
During the program, innovators hone their ideas and improve pitches through structured learning sessions, practice clinics and 1:1 mentorship. In the past 7 years, SVP Fast Pitch provided 17,000+ hours of coaching and $1.7M+ in grants and pro-bono services to 350+ social impact organizations tackling poverty, homelessness, inequity in education, prisoner recidivism, climate change, and other pressing issues in our community.
Logic20/20, a business and technology consulting firm, is a proud sponsor for SVP Fast Pitch in 2018. As a company, we were drawn to SVP because of a shared passion for social impact, and a desire to be a partner to the non-profit community. Sacha Stjepanovic, a member of Logic20/20’s leadership team, has been involved in the program as a judge for the last 5 years. “Each year I get excited to participate and see the innovative ways local organizations are driving social change in the region. SVP Fast Pitch helps bring together business and community leaders to talk about societal challenges and help accelerate impact.”, says Sacha.
This year, the program culminates at the Final Showdown event on Saturday, November 10th at the University of Washington. For more information, visit www.socialventurepartners.org/seattle/fast-pitch/
