<p>Designing and delivering quality solutions using Microsoft.Net. Duties include interacting with the user or business group to help define the client&rsquo;s needs and translating those needs into a solution of value. Net Developers may have multiple roles at client sites. A consultant may be working in a pure development role, helping architect and design the solution, or acting in a lead position where they are responsible for the productivity of a development team. Implement software development methodology. Producing an application which brings measurable business value to our client. Designing and implementation of software written in ASP.NET and C# using agile methodologies. Utilizing your development experience with web applications, rich client interface design and reusable server controls to complete complex projects. Following coding standards and effectively unit testing using tools such as NUnit.</p>

<p>Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Provide business analysis to determine underlying development/technical requirements and/or provide guidance to business analysts assigned to projects. Develop project scope and functional specifications to an appropriate level of the detail for each project. Develop project plan and assign tasks to responsible team members. Track status of project task assignments and update project schedule. Organize status meetings, take notes and publish meeting minutes and assignments. Research technical issues and manage issue resolution. Report on status in Weekly Status Reports. Keep stakeholders apprised of project status. Drive projects to completion with direction from management. Manage multiple projects concurrently. Coordinate projects with external clients. Perform other related duties as assigned.</p>
