Christian O’Meara is Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Logic20/20, which he started in 2005 with a belief that a group of like-minded people, doing work that they love, can accomplish great things. Much of his time is spent managing strategic business-development initiatives and recruiting key personnel according to that philosophy. Christian’s business strategy is based on creating simplicity in complex environments, developing a personalized approach for every client and every consultant, and creating a great place for employees to work.
Prior to starting Logic20/20 and moving to Seattle, Christian was a top performer in enterprise software sales for Quest Software and Cabletron Systems, covering the United Kingdom and Ireland. His time spent in Uganda doing relief work led to his ongoing involvement as board member and sponsor of Leaders for Africa, an organization that provides educational opportunities to students from developing African nations.
Christian has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brunel University, London, an institution known for combining academic rigor with practical, entrepreneurial, and imaginative approaches to solving business problems.
While Christian is the CEO of Logic20/20, his first job is Dad: he is an active volunteer at his children’s school and as a soccer coach. Christian is very involved with the Seattle sports community, both as a rugby player with the Northwest Old Boys, coach and board member of West Seattle Lions Youth Rugby Club and as a board member of Crossfires Premiere Soccer Club.
Travis Jones is the Senior Vice President of Consulting & Strategy for the consulting practice at Logic20/20. He has an established record of delivering measurable business value and applying technology solutions to solve business challenges. One of his passions is spending time with his consultants, helping them learn and develop so that they can further the work that they do on behalf of their clients and grow professionally.
Having consulted and lived in Australia, Europe, and the United States, Travis brings extensive experience that spans three continents in both IT and management. His depth of experience has made him a trusted partner to clients. Prior to his work with Logic20/20, Travis was a business consulting manager with The Structure Group, a boutique energy-consulting company that focuses on the deregulated electricity energy market, providing strategic direction to both business and IT executives. Before that, he was as an experienced manager with Accenture and worked in a variety of practice areas: Communications and High Technology; Energy; Health and Life Sciences; and Retail.
Travis holds two bachelor’s degrees from the University of Melbourne, Australia: one in civil engineering, and one in commerce with a specialization in finance and marketing. He also spent a year as an exchange student at the University of California, San Diego, learning American culture and enjoying the California lifestyle.
Travis’ life at home is punctuated by the rare Seattle opportunity for outdoor entertaining, which allows him to share his grill-tending approach with friends and family. He also enjoys indulging in some quiet time reading a novel or swimming with his two boys.
Logic20/20 Chief Financial Officer, Ellen Boyer, CPA, is responsible for developing and overseeing the company’s financial, human resources, and IT infrastructures. Her discipline and vision help to develop and implement long-term scalability and sustainability strategies.
Ellen brings to the company over 30 years of finance and operational experience in a variety of industries, including technology, financial services, and healthcare. She has extensive experience in the identification and development of strategic directions, development of positive relationships with clients and business partners, and mergers and acquisitions on both the buy and sell-side. Ellen began her career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and during her 12 years tenure there was a key leader in the firm’s high technology initiative and worked with public, private, established, and start-up companies.
Ellen graduated from Oregon State University with degrees in Accounting and Spanish and minors in Computer Science and Latin American Affairs.
Ellen actively participates in the business and community, serving on several for-profit and not-for-profit boards. She treasures the time she has to spend with her family, whether it be watching sporting events, traveling to places near and far, or just sitting down to dinner and reliving the day.
Nick Maddock, Senior Director of the Business Practice, is responsible for sales and delivery of projects within a number of key clients. With a passion for delivery excellence garnered over 20 years working as an executive management consultant and senior manager, Nick has extensive leadership experience in delivering demanding projects and developing new products across IT, strategy, marketing, and operations. He has a proven ability to manage business change and develop new business ideas, make sense of complex data, organize resources, and liaise with colleagues at all levels to get the best out of every situation.
Nick graduated from the University of Edinburgh with an MBA and a BEng in Manufacturing Systems Engineering. He has worked extensively across the United Kingdom, Europe, and the United States, to which he moved five years ago.
In his free time, Nick is an avid soccer fan, keen tennis player, and poor skier, and he enjoys most things outdoors—an obsession that he (mostly) shares with his three children.
Tim Blank joined Logic20/20 as a Senior Client Director with over 20 years of experience in enterprise systems implementation, IT Strategy, business process transformation, and organizational design; with deep expertise in the areas of sales, service and marketing automation. As our Senior Client Director, Tim is responsible for ensuring that every project that he delivers to each of his marquee accounts both exceeds the client’s expectations and continues to add value to the client’s business. In helping his clients achieve their strategic objectives, Tim hopes to expand the breadth of services that he delivers to those clients—developing mutually beneficial and long-lasting relationships between them and Logic20/20. Tim has been a senior leader at numerous management consulting organizations, where his number one focus was always to enable his clients to achieve their strategic objectives while minimizing their pain and maximizing the return on their investment. Through a combination of his leadership skills, industry acumen, communication style and capabilities, thought leadership, and collaborative approach, Tim has delivered over 45 successful enterprise-wide solutions for clients of varying sizes and complexity.
Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Iowa. A big fan of live music, Tim spends quite a bit of his free time traveling to different music festivals and events around the country. Being from the Midwest, he spends the remainder of his free time visiting with his siblings’ families, who are spread out across five cities in the United States.
Will Schmidt, Managing Director for the Technology Practice, is responsible for leading the practice to exceed client expectations, develop innovative solutions, and achieve organizational growth. The Logic 20/20 Technology Practice comprises Cloud, System Integration, Custom Development, and Business Intelligence service offerings. Will has over 15 years of technology consulting experience—leading the development of complex national and international technology solutions for government agencies, and providing technology management subject matter expertise and assessment services to the nonprofit and financial services sectors. He strives to provide effective, leading-edge technology solutions to Logic 20/20 by using proven management methodologies.
Will holds a Bachelor of Science from Susquehanna University and has a PMP certification. He recently moved to Seattle from Washington, D.C., to explore the Pacific Northwest and serve a new set of clients.
Nick Callahan is the IT Director and is responsible for leading both Logic20/20’s Managed Service Offering and managing Logic20/20 internal IT systems and infrastructure. The Logic20/20 Managed Service Offering includes both cloud infrastructure operational support and application support. Application support crosses a diverse array of technologies including web sites, CRM, SharePoint, and BI technologies.
Nick has over 20 years of IT systems and infrastructure experience and with leading the development of large application conversions and management of business critical systems for Fortune 500 companies. He has a proven track record of efficiently managing teams through the use of service management best practices across a variety of technologies and platforms.
Nick is a Washington native and holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and a Foundation Certificate in ITIL Service Management.
As a Northwest native, Nick enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and son.
Greg Clayes is a Director for the Technology Practice with a passion for bringing value to customers through technology-based products and services. He is a results driven product management and consulting leader and continually strives to deliver high impact short term results as well as long term strategic plans
Greg has strong experience with Big 4 consulting firms, startups, and technology companies, combined with a unique ability to work with multidisciplinary teams to launch projects successfully for nonprofit, internet, software, telecommunications, and e-commerce companies.
Greg has an MBA in Finance from the Pantheon-Sorbonne University in Paris and a Masters in Computer Science from Polytech Montpellier.
A pacific northwest transplant from Paris, France, Greg enjoys traveling in his spare time.
Kim Talley is a Director in the Logic20/20 Business Practice; she specializes in leading teams and their leadership through transformative change. Kim actively combines her leadership coaching and change management competencies with her project management expertise to bring simple solutions to our local clients’ complex business issues.
Kim’s philosophy about building resilience as a part of leadership development is a strong component of the way she works with her clients. She strives to help her clients on their journey towards new ways of achieving business, personal, and organizational successes.
Kim has a BS in Engineering from Lehigh University, is a graduate of the New Ventures West Professional Coaching Course and holds the Associate Certified Coach credential through the International Coaching Federation, and has held the PMP credential.
A Pacific Northwest transplant from the Washington, D.C. area, Kim’s spare time is spent with her partner, working out and being walked by her two dogs. She’s also been known to commute to work via one of her motorcycles.
Preston Peterman is a Client Director with over 10 years of experience in project and program management, business process transformation, organizational design, enterprise risk management, and organizational resilience. Additionally, Preston has served as quality assurance lead across numerous business intelligence/data insights, custom application development, and security- and privacy-related engagements.
Preston has a proven track record of developing and delivering right-sized solutions that meet client objectives, add meaningful value and exceed client expectations. He has a passion for organizing and optimizing teams and generating buy-in and momentum across diverse client stakeholders to achieve strategic client objectives.
Preston holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Washington and holds CISSP and PMP certifications.
As a Washington native, Preston enjoys the great outdoor activities that the Pacific Northwest has to offer. Outside of work, you might find him above the water hiking, cycling, and running; on the water sailing and boating; or under the water scuba diving.
